Disclaimer: While International shipping is available, we are NOT responsible for any tariff fees that may accumulate when orders arrive at their destination. We advise that you do research on what fees may apply to your particular country, if any.

The average time it will take to ship out most non-preorder items is 2-4 business days, excluding holidays and weekends.

• Please note that pre-order items can take several months to ship out and can run into unexpected delays during manufacturing. We will be transparent about any changes. Updates will be made on our social media.

• If you order a non-pre-order item alongside a pre-order item, they will all be shipped out together when the pre-order item is ready. If you want to avoid waiting, please order them seperately or they will be shipped all together.

All orders will have tracking and ship from California, USA.

For international orders, we are not responsible for delays that may occur due to customs.

It is the customer's responsibility to double check that their information is correct. If a package is returned due to customer error, it is the customer's responsibility to pay for reshipment.

Returns and Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediatly. Cancellations for ready-to-ship items must be made prior to shipment.

Cancellations for pre-order items must be made before the pre-order window closes, as pre-order funds are used to pay for the production of the items.

Once an item has shipped or is in production, you may not request cancellation.

We do not accept refunds or returns on orders that were shipped with correct, undamaged items. Please be sure of your purchase before ordering.

Lost and Misplaced Orders

We are not responsible for items that are lost after dropping them at the postal office as we have no control over them from that point, therefore we cannot replace or refund in these events. We are, however, happy to help with filing a claim if possible.
