When will orders be shipped?

Once pre-orders close, we will be entering the production stage. Hopefully we will be able to ship by the end of the year, but this depends on manufacturing. We will keep everyone updated on the process through social media.

How do stretch goals work?

Rewards will be unlocked depending on how many orders we recieve. The status for every goal can be found on our social media. If there's a goal we do not hit by the end of pre-orders, you will not receive it, as these are bonus items to celebrate reaching a certain number of orders. Some rewards are exclusive to the deluxe bundle.

Why is there a shipping cost in my total for the Digital PDF?

Short answer: BigCartel is weird. Please use code "YAOI" when you check out, and the shipping fee will be waived. This does not apply to physical zines.

What do you mean by "tariffs are not calculated at check out" and does this affect me?

Unfortunately, the impact of the Trump tarriffs on orders made outside of the US are incalculable both through big cartel as well as alone due to their unpredictability. While we know that they are on pause for orders made to China and do not effect those in the EU, we are unsure of other countries. Please be aware that if you are ordering outside of these countries, you MAY have to pay a 100% tariff fee when it arrives (meaning at the post office or at the door if/when you sign off the package). This should equal the shipping fee you paid for. If you live in the US, you will not be affected. A court hearing regarding the tariffs will occur on June 5th, 2025. If any major updates on the tariffs occur, we will update our social media.

Where are you printing from?

Union Graphics is a printing company stationed in Sun Valley, Los Angeles County, and they will be manufacturing Love and Solidarity: A Union Yaoi Fanzine!
